Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the child-to-caregiver ratio at your daycare?

Our child-to-caregiver ratio varies depending on the age of the children. For children under the age of two, we have a ratio of one caregiver for every four children. For children between the ages of two and three, we have a ratio of one caregiver for every five children. For children over the age of three, we have a ratio of one caregiver for every ten children.

  • What is your policy for sick children?

If your child is sick, please keep them home until they are fully recovered. This helps to prevent the spread of illness and keep our other children and caregivers healthy. If your child becomes ill while at daycare, we will notify you immediately and ask that you come pick them up as soon as possible.

  • What kind of food do you serve at daycare?

We serve a variety of nutritious foods at daycare, including fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and low-fat dairy products. We also accommodate special dietary needs or restrictions, so please let us know if your child has any food allergies or intolerances.
